Make a return

Complete this simple checklist to confirm you're ready to make a return.

You've registered

You've already registered your Windows PC for our Buy and Try offer and have the Registration Approved email, along with your Registration ID.

You're not satisfied and want to return

You've tried your new Windows PC but decided you're not completely satisfied and you want to return it.

You're eligible to claim

It's between 45 and 60 days from your purchase date and you have the original packaging to send your Windows PC back in. There is no damage to your Windows PC and you've taken photographic proof of this.

Your refund

Once completed, your return will be verified and, if it qualifies, you'll be asked to provide your bank details and receive a refund by bank transfer. This may take up to 60 calendar days from the date the claim qualifies.
